Due to the perishable nature of our BBQ rubs, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at calibarkbbq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we start prepping your rubs and can't guarantee cancellation.
